Siddharth Malik is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in energy, infrastructure and technology. Siddharth is a successful entrepreneur and a C-suite leader with board operations in the energy and high-technology sectors across US, Asia and Middle East.

Siddharth has structured more than $3 Billion of project finance investments in energy transition infrastructure including renewable power, energy-intensive manufacturing and climate technologies. He has also incubated start-ups in industrial decarbonization, raised equity & debt capital for scaling up, leading to breakthrough shareholder returns and successful exits. As a board member, Siddharth advises organizations on growth, risk and stakeholder management by engaging at the highest levels of public policy.

As a leader with listed and private companies, Siddharth has built high-performance teams to successfully scale up Independent Power Producer (IPP) platforms to drive corporate sustainability targets. As the Chief Executive O􀆯icer, he led group strategy and  family o􀆯ice investments for a $25 Billion diversified industrial conglomerate, making  early-stage and growth-stage investments in energy infrastructure, low-carbon manufacturing, renewable energy, power generation, and digital infrastructure. He also conceived and led development of more than 7GW of solar and wind energy projects and is globally recognized as an expert in decarbonization strategies & implementation. A thought leader in energy transition, Siddharth is a TED speaker, an inventor of several patents, and holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, USA, with specialization in engineered materials.
