Hilal Al Yarubi is the Human Resources and Administration Vice President at Occidental Oman. Starting his career at Occidental Oman as Human Resources Specialist. He brings over 18 years of experience in talent management strategies, addressing Organizational need in talent acquisition, development and nationalization requirements. He is a member of key governmental committees that addresses country wide labor market challenges and initiatives. He joined Occidental Oman in 2006 and held several leadership roles with increasing responsibilities within the human resources department. Hilal holds a bachelor’s degree in management information’s system, master’s in business administration and professional certificate-CIPD level 7.
