Nada Al Mesfer is a seasoned oil and gas executive and TPL Specialist (PE/RE) at Kuwait Oil Company, with over two decades of international experience across North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Before joining KOC, she held senior leadership roles at Schlumberger, where she led business development, operational services, and global marketing initiatives. At KOC, Nada has spearheaded high-impact projects in production optimization, contributing to record-breaking oil production of 3 million BOPD milestones. She is the recipient of numerous industry honors, including the Oil & Gas Woman of the Year Award and multiple Schlumberger Chairman’s Awards. A champion of innovation, local content, and gender inclusion, Nada also made history as the founder and first chairwoman of Kuwait’s private oil sector union. She holds an MBA in Energy Management from the WU Executive Academy and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Her current focus lies in leveraging AI-driven solutions to optimize upstream networks, and she is widely recognized as a thought leader in digital transformation within the energy sector.
