What You Get

Full conference: access to all conference sessions, technical exhibitions, coffee breaks, networking reception, daily lunch tickets for three (3) days, and one digital conference proceedings access code (emailed to attendees on the last day of the event)

Student: (with valid university ID only) access to all conference sessions, technical exhibitions, and coffee breaks for (3) days. (This registration does not include daily lunch tickets and digital conference proceeding access code)

Visitor: Access to the technical exhibition only (This registration does not include technical sessions, daily lunch tickets, and digital conference proceeding access code)

By registering for this event, participants consent to allow SPE to store and process the information submitted below and to provide participants with information about this event in accordance to SPE'S Privacy Policy; accept the Registration Terms & Conditions; and agree to be bound by participants. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by sending the request to spedub@spe.org

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration of participation will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment
SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event
Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated

CANCELLATION POLICY

USD 150 (excluding VAT) for cancellation received up to 14 days prior to the first day of the event.
No refund for cancellation received 13 days prior to the first day of the event.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
