Dr. Hussein Mustapha is Founder and CEO of AITECH POINT, a specialist consultancy delivering expertise in oil & gas asset management, innovation and engineering services, foundation models, and AI-agentic systems.

Previously, as Advisor and Global Data Science & Innovation Manager at SLB, he led multiple AI engagements and steered major reservoir and field-development studies for top oil companies—optimizing performance, maximizing recovery factors, and championing intelligent, integrated production-systems solutions that elevate client value propositions.

A prolific author and speaker, Dr. Mustapha has published over 100 technical articles and conference presentations and filed more than 100 patent applications. His work has been honored with awards including ADIPEC 2020 and 2023 for digital transformation and workforce development.
