Access is limited to the primary, secondary, and invoice contacts listed in our system. Please ensure the email address you’re using to login is associated with the account. If you’re unsure, please contact spe.events@spe.org.
Note: Booth space is assigned in priority point order and then first‑come, first‑served. Please ensure your company is not blocking the hftc.org or specommunications.org domains, as communications will come from spe.events@spe.org.
- Log into the Exhibitor Hub to complete the Online Exhibit Space Contract.
- Review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
- Space is priced at 45 USD per square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation of 80 nt sq ft). Outdoor space is priced at 32 USD per square foot.
- Reference the Live Floor Plan to view booth availability- (subject to change)
- Select three (3) preferred locations
- Complete and submit the Online Exhibit Space Contract along with the required payment.
- NOTE: Companies will not be assigned space without a submitted contract and required payment — even if they appear on the priority list.
