Returning Exhibitors

Indoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 44 per indoor square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation of 80 net square feet).

• Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) and identification sign (11 x 17 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all linear booths. Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
• Three (3) Three Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
• Additional exhibitor full conference registrations may be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment)
• Three (3) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Cards per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space to distribute to your clients.
• Guest invitations are not to be used for your employees/staff or for any other company’s employees/staff exhibiting at this show. This policy will be heavily enforced.
  Violating the guest invitation terms can result in a reimbursement penalty and loss of priority points. Multiple violations can result in an inability to exhibit at future SPE shows.
• Exhibitor listing in official Digital Conference Program.
• Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

Outdoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 31 per outdoor square foot (minimum reservation 1,050 square feet).

• Twenty (20) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations
• Twenty (20) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Invites to distribute to your clients.
• Guest invitations are not to be used for your employees/staff or for any other company’s employees/staff exhibiting at this show. This policy will be heavily enforced. Violating the guest invitation terms can result in a reimbursement penalty and loss of priority points. Multiple violations can result in an inability to exhibit at future SPE shows.
