New exhibiting companies are only be allowed a 10 x 10 space.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF INDOOR EXHIBIT SPACE

• Indoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 38 per indoor square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation 80 net square feet).
• Standard booth draping (8-ft. high black back drape and 3-ft. black side drape)
• Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
• Exhibitors will still receive (1) ID Sign per booth of 300 sq ft or less and booths of 300 sq ft or larger can still request ID signs.
• Exhibitor names and numbers will be displayed in standard black font only.
• Three (3) Three Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
• Additional exhibitor full conference registrations may be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment) 
• Three (3) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Invitations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space to distribute to your clients.
  • Guest invitations are not to be used for your employees/staff or for any other company’s employees/staff exhibiting at this show.  This policy will be heavily enforced.
  • Violating the guest invitation terms can result in a reimbursement penalty and loss of priority points. Multiple violations can result in an inability to exhibit at future SPE shows. 
• Exhibitor listing in official Digital Conference Program.
• Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

• Outdoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 31 per outdoor square foot (minimum reservation 1,050 square feet).
• Twenty (20) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations
• Twenty (20) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Invitations to distribute to your clients.
  • Guest invitations are not to be used for your employees/staff or for any other company’s employees/staff exhibiting at this show.  This policy will be heavily enforced.
  • Violating the guest invitation terms can result in a reimbursement penalty and loss of priority points. Multiple violations can result in an inability to exhibit at future SPE shows.
