Complete and Submit the Exhibit Space Contract.

Log in using your case sensitive company password. (the main point of contact for your company has this information).
- View the Exhibit Floorplan.
- Select three (3) preferred locations.
Monday, 19 February – Information was sent to all priority companies regarding rebooking.
Monday, 4 March – Contracts and 50% Deposit Due.
Monday, 11 March – Priority space assignments began.
- If your top 3 desired spaces are no longer available, we will assign a comparable space and send an email confirmation. If you see something you would prefer and it’s available (in blue), let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Keep in mind, the floorplan changes constantly as assignments are in progress.
- Due to space limitations, we will be holding to the no growth policy. Exhibitors will be assigned to the same size booth you had in 2024. This does not mean the same location.
- All space is based on priority number, not the size of your booth.
- Please review the Priority Point FAQ’s to get a better understanding of how points are awarded.
- Once all priority companies have been assigned, the remaining companies will be assigned on a first – come, first – served basis.
