Each exhibiting company receives two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third-party contractors. Any staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, (including booth staff and third-party contractors), must be registered as an EXHIBITOR and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge. Additional EXHIBITOR registrations must be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment). |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 9 January 2023 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations). Please send requests by email to fracturing@maritz.com.
Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.
Cancellation requests received after 9 January will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs.
