EXHIBITORS
Each exhibiting company receives two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third-party contractors. Any staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, (including booth staff and third-party contractors), must be registered as an EXHIBITOR and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge.  Additional EXHIBITOR registrations must be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment).

Complimentary and paid exhibitor registration includes access to the exhibition, technical sessions, daily luncheons (must select time), reception, and early access to the exhibit floor (1 hour before opening). One Digital Proceedings code will be provided to the exhibiting company's primary contact.

One digital conference proceedings code is included with full conference registration.  Additional access codes can be purchased with registration.

Access codes for the digital conference proceedings will be sent via email to all full conference attendees registered by 24 January. Those registering after 24 January will receive an email with a proceedings access code after the event.

 

Several SPE Training Courses are available before the conference.  Each course is a separate item and is NOT included with conference registration.

Press registration includes access to the exhibit floor, the technical sessions, coffee breaks, and reception. It DOES NOT include lunch or the digital proceedings.

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 9 January 2023 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations). Please send requests by email to fracturing@maritz.com. 

Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.  Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.

Cancellation requests received after 9 January will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.
