Dr. Younis Al Shezawi is an Occupational Health Manager at Occidental of Oman (OXY). He has more than 18 years’ experience in the field of Occupational Health & Medicine within different sectors involving health, oil & gas and the manufacturing industry. Previous positions were Healthcare Principal at Sohar Aluminum Company, Occupational Health Advisor at BP Exploration (Epsilon) Ltd, and Head of Occupational & Environmental Health Department at the Ministry of Health, Oman.

Graduated from Sultan Qaboos University, then moved to Saudi Arabia for Co-joint Master program in Occupational Medicine & Health between the University of Dammam & the University of California, Los Angeles. Keen to support and mentor others at any stage in their professional development to enhance the capacity building of Occupational Health resources.
