Willow Liu is a scientist, entrepreneur, and SPE leader with 30 years of experience in complex non-Newtonian multiphase flow across biomedical, oil and gas and environmental applications. As Chief Scientist of several technology companies, including MEDENG, she leads innovation in advanced multiphase flow and emissions measurement. She serves on multiple SPE Technical Section boards, including the SPE Sustainable Development Technical Section, and is Vice-Chair of the SPE Methane Technical Section. A frequent speaker on measurement standards and emissions quantification, Willow received the 2024 SPE Canada Region Projects, Facilities and Construction Award.
