Wayne Pearce has 40+ years energy industry experience, including 20+ in refining and chemicals predominantly in production and corporate roles including operational excellence, HSE and latterly in board positions. He has demonstrated a track record of transformational change across multiple businesses and in specific sites. Prior to his retirement from Shell in 2024, he spent four years seconded as Group SVP HSE in ADNOC, the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in UAE.
