Following a 30-year career in frontline helicopter operations, Tim Rolfe joined HeliOffshore as CEO in 2020.  HeliOffshore is the global safety association bringing together 150 member organisations, collaborating to ensure no lives are lost in offshore aviation. HeliOffshore's Safety Intelligence Programme analyses data to address the leading causes of rotary accidents through their Safety Programme, targeting technical and non-technical solutions including safety leadership, culture and competency development, with a growing emphasis on learning from everyday work. A close working partnership with IOGP’s Aviation Sub-committee has resulted in numerous Recommended Practices for industry adoption, including IOGP’s Report 690.
