Speakers

Tom served on the SPE International Board of Directors as the Technical Director for HSE from 2008-2011 and has co-chaired 5 SPE HSE conferences and several workshops. Tom has over 30 years of experience in HSE, principally in Oil and Gas, and has worked in upstream and downstream, including for Halliburton and Equinor.  He has published and presented over 20 papers and articles on safety leadership, employee engagement, and performance improvement.

•Tom holds a BS and MS in Geology.
