Thomas Hinterseer is currently the President of the Board of Directors of CEDEP, a member of the Advisory Board of IILSC ( International Institute of Leadership and Safety Culture) and serves on the Consultative Board Committee of a Social Start up, La MIE.  He delivers leadership and safety seminars for Senior Executives and presents at HSE conferences around the globe. He is a Certified Director of the INSEAD Board of Directors Program and an SPE Distinguished Lecturer.   He worked for  25 years at Schlumberger and Transocean  in various Leadership Roles in Singapore,  Nigeria, Egypt, Paris and Houston and was for 4 years one of the 17 Officers of Transocean.  In 2010, in  his leading  role in  HR,  he was involved in the Deepwater Horizon accident management and follow up.
