Saverio is the HSE and  Sustainability Director for the Industrial & Energy Technology division in Baker Hughes.

His 25-year industry experience stems from a wealth of global assignments in Engineering, Project Management, Quality, HSE and Sustainability Leadership that enabled him to develop and grow.

His career path has seen him embracing teamwork, diversity, inclusiveness, innovation, and creativity to solve business problems. He now leads a team of passionate HSE and Sustainability professionals committed to make the enterprise safer, healthier, and more sustainable.

Saverio holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy and a Master of Science Degree in Risk Management, Health and Safety from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. He is married to Giulia, and they enjoy two lively sons, Giorgio and Giovanni.

In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with family, BBQing with friends, cycling, meditating, reading books and magazines, and listening to a variety of music and podcasts.
