Samar Al-Hameedi is Vice President Climate at ADNOC and oversees organizational efforts on decarbonization. She previously led the development and implementation of an integrated sustainability strategy for ADNOC Group, covering sustainability and ESG reporting and disclosures. Al-Hameedi’s extensive career at ADNOC has encompassed roles such as Environmental Advisor, overseeing the company’s environmental programs and HSE Strategy Manager, responsible for strategies and initiatives to enhance the company’s HSE performance and corporate culture.

Al-Hameedi holds a Master’s degree in Chemical and Environmental Toxicology from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
