Dr. Salmaan Inayat-Hussain joined Ipieca in May 2025 as Chief of Staff, seconded from PETRONAS Corporate Sustainability Division. Prior to this role, he served as Senior General Manager of the Department of Environment, Social Performance & Product Stewardship within PETRONAS Group Health, Safety and Environment Division. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Pharmacology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and a PhD in Toxicology from the University of Leicester. Salmaan is a Board-Certified Toxicologist and a Fellow of the Academy of Sciences, Malaysia.
