Richard Osmond is BP’s Senior Vice President of Health, Safety, Environment & Operational Risk Assurance.  Richard brings over 35 years of industry experience, including 20 years with bp. Most recently, he served as SVP, Safety and Operational Risk Assurance (S&ORA), having previously held operational and safety leadership roles in global wells, refining, petrochemicals and supply & trading. Over recent years Richard has been an active representative for BP in the global energy industry and has represented BP on several boards and executive committees, industry wide committees and trade associations on issues such as human performance, process safety, organisational capability and risk management. Richard has a B.S. in Chemistry from Lewis University, and MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and a PhD in Applied Psychology from Baylor University,
