Richard Cox is the global Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Director for NESR. In his role, he  is responsible for all aspects of HSE, with the purpose of building a Zero incident mindset across the organization as well as positioning NESR to be the HSE leader of the Oil & Gas Industry. Prior to joining NESR, he was the corporate HSE Director for AlTasnim/Al Turki enterprises. Previously, he spent 19 years with Schlumberger where he joined as wireline field engineer in 1999. During his time in Schlumberger, he worked primarily in operations and HSE in various assignments across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and North America.

Richard graduated in 1998 with a Master’s degree in Mining and Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
