Mavis Anagboso is Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Harbour Energy and Board Chair of Developing the Young Workforce North East, part of Scotland’s national youth-employment strategy. She began her career in the UK Civil Service, holding senior economics roles supporting macroeconomic policy and working with decision-makers across government and the Bank of England. She later moved into the energy sector, gaining experience across the industry value chain and with the UK regulator. Mavis is passionate about inclusive leadership, equitable opportunity and creating environments in which people and organisations can thrive.
