Dr Mark Scanlon is a Chartered Chemist and Member of the Energy Institute. He leads the health, safety and environmental work programme in the Technical and Innovation function of the Energy Institute. This work programme engages energy industry professionals to work collaboratively to enable the energy industry to better manage the HSE risks of its operations. The energy industry sectors in scope are conventional oil and gas, from upstream through to downstream, as well as renewables sectors.
