Khaled Jamal Lutfe is Chief Executive Officer of Via Medica International Healthcare. A dual Iraqi–UK national educated in the UK in aviation management and law, he began his career in London before joining Via Medica in 2017. Under his leadership, the company expanded from a UAE-focused provider into a regional operator delivering pre-hospital emergency medical services, remote medicine, patient movement and evacuations, medical supply, nursing, homecare and academic health services across the Middle East and Africa. Following Via Medica's acquisition by International SOS in 2025, Khaled remains in post, focused on talent development, commercial discipline and building a reputable global healthcare partner.
