Juma Rashid Al Qaydi is the Vice President of Group Asset Integrity with more than 19 years of extensive operational and project experience across ADNOC. Throughout his career, he has made significant, hands‑on contributions across ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Sour Gas, and ADNOC Offshore, leading operations, maintenance, project, and engineering functions across the full asset life cycle.   He is widely recognized for resolving chronic asset integrity and process safety challenges including hydrogen‑induced cracking (HIC), corrosion and production reliability risks by driving robust asset integrity governance, disciplined lifecycle oversight, and operationally grounded decision‑making at Group level.
