Juan Carlos Lopez is an engineer and organizational psychologist with 37 years of industrial experience. He holds an MSc in Organizational and Industrial Psychology from Harvard University.

During his 22-year career with SLB, he held a number of senior leadership roles, including five Vice President positions across four continents.

He is the Founder and CEO of Lopez Performance Solutions, a consultancy that provides science-based human performance improvement solutions to the industry.
