Dr. Hadi Albadi serves as the Director of Enterprise Risk, QHSE and Project Sustainability at Masdar, a global clean energy leader, where he leads initiatives that strengthen operational resilience, sustainability, and risk management across the company’s global portfolio.  He also holds key leadership positions, including Chairman of Al Ajban PV3, a 1,500 MWac solar photovoltaic project in Abu Dhabi, and Board Member of Amaala in Saudi Arabia and the Khazna project (PV4) Solar PV Projects in the UAE.  Dr. Albadi joined Masdar in April 2023, following over a decade with TAQA, where he served as the position of Director of the Health, Safety and Environment. With more than 25 years of experience, he has led multi-asset, and multi-technology organizations, driving strategy development, operational excellence and global culture maturity. .  He holds a Doctorate in Business and Economics (DBA) from United Arab Emirates University, an Executive MBA from Zayed University, and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
