Graham Henley was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (IOGP) in 2023. He leads IOGP’s work to advance safety, efficiency and sustainability across the oil and gas sector. Previously, he held senior international and headquarters roles at Shell, including overseas assignments in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, and leadership of Shell’s upstream projects and engineering. Graham served on the IOGP Board since 2019 and previously chaired its Engineering Leadership Council. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and serves on the Board of Oil Spill Response Limited.
