Dr. Ghuwaya Al Neyadi​ currently serves as the Senior Vice President of National Identity, Wellbeing, and CSR at the ADNOC Group, bringing 25 years of leadership experience. She leads transformative strategies that enhance organizational resilience and excellence, strengthen national identity rooted in the values and heritage of UAE, and elevate ADNOC’s global standing in community responsibility, community engagement, sustainability, and workplace wellbeing and quality. Dr. Ghuwaya holds a PhD in Family Medicine & Public Health and an Executive master's in healthcare management, in addition to completing many advanced leadership programs. This combination equips her with precise strategic insight to lead human and community-centered initiatives. Alongside her executive role, she serves on the boards of several entities, including Watania International Holding, Manzil Healthcare Services, and the UAE–Japan Friendship Committee for Women (FCW). She has also held previous board memberships at Burjeel Holdings and Response Plus Holding. Within ADNOC, she chairs the ADNOC Group Medical Committee, Gender Balance Committee and People of Determination Committee. Her areas of expertise span corporate governance, operational excellence, strategic partnerships, Medical & occupational health management, wellbeing, wellness programs, health insurance management, and talent development. She is also a regular speaker and panel member on these topics.
