Dr. Amina Al Marshoodi is a Manager, Occupational Medicine Services at ADNOC Group Medical Services.  She is a seasoned healthcare leader and Consultant Family Physician specializing in Family and Occupational Medicine, with over two decades of experience advancing workforce health across the energy sector. As Manager of Occupational Medicine Services at ADNOC Group Medical Services and Deputy Chair of the ADNOC Group Medical Committee, she shapes the policies that safeguard the wellbeing and safety of ADNOC's people.  A recognized advocate for mental health in high-risk industries, Dr. Al Marshoodi has embedded mental health principles into emergency response and led the upskilling of healthcare and leadership teams — helping organizations move from awareness to genuine accountability. Her wider work spans fitness-to-work protocols, health surveillance, longevity, injury prevention, and women's health, and she spearheaded ADNOC's Public Access AED Program.  She holds a Clinical Doctorate in Family Medicine, an Executive Master in Health Care Administration (High Distinction), and MRCGP-Int (Merit), and contributes regularly to international conferences and peer-reviewed research.
