He is an economic and private sector development expert with over 20 years of global experience advising multinational corporations and governments. He possesses deep expertise in ICV across multiple sectors. He has extensive global experience working with the public and private sector in over 25 countries. Dorival's work involves all aspects of ICV from policy and strategy to measurement and implementation. Dorival has trained over 300 global professionals on ICV and has authored several publications. He holds an M.B.A. from IMD (Switzerland) and is fluent in 5 languages.
