Davide Scotti has graduated from the University of Aberdeen and began his career in UK before returning to his homeland in Italy to join Saipem 19 years ago. He is Head of the HSE Culture, Training and Communication department and General Secretary of the LHS Foundation, a non-profit organization created by Saipem and that has been pursuing the goal of enhancing health and safety culture in industry and society since 2011. An international speaker and expert in cultural and behavioral change, he is the co-creator of the saipem's " Leadership in Health and Safety" program, a cultural change methodology scientifically validated by the Catholic University of Milan and successfully implemented by major international organizations.
