Craig Wiggins has nearly 40 years of experience in the energy industry. Craig started his career in 1985 as a Trainee Technician and spent next 25 years at Shell in a variety of Operations roles as an Offshore Installation Manger and the St Fergus Gas Plant Manager. He has also held senior Operations/HSSE leadership positions with Petrofac, BP, Aker Solutions and NEO Energy.

Craig joined Step Change in Safety in October 2023 as Executive Director. Step Change in Safety is a Not-for-Profit Member Led organisation that focusses on preventing incidents and injuries across the Energy Industry.

Craig has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
