Alessandro Bernini is the Chief Executive Officer of MAIRE, a leading engineering group delivering large-scale industrial projects and advanced technology solutions for the energy sector. After building solid expertise in finance and corporate governance at EY, he held senior roles as Group CFO at Saipem (2003) and ENI (2008). He joined MAIRE in 2013 as Group CFO and was appointed Group CEO and COO in 2022. He also chairs subsidiary NextChem.
