Zhao Gang is a senior energy executive with nearly 30 years of experience across field operations, business strategy, regional leadership, and human capital management. As Vice President of Human Resources at Anton Oilfield Services Group, he leads talent strategy, organizational development, and leadership initiatives that support the company’s digital transformation and global growth.

Prior to joining Anton, he spent 29 years with Schlumberger (SLB), holding senior leadership roles across Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas, including Strategy Director at SLB Headquarters and Managing Director for North Asia. A strong advocate for workforce transformation, Zhao focuses on integrating technology, data-driven decision-making, and human-centered leadership to build agile, inclusive, and future-ready organizations.
