Dr. Omar Alfarisi  is currently a Senior Principal AI Subsurface Research Engineer at Hubnomics® Sub Quantum Lab.

He was a AI Senior Technology Advisor at Dragon Oil. A passionate educator, he cares to mentor future innovators in AI and energy. A distinguished professor of China University of Petroleum East China and a guest lecturer at Khalifa University. 

Dr. Alfarisi is a Distinguished Speaker for SPWLA and winner of multiple innovation awards.

Dr. Alfarisi holds a Ph.D. in AI from MIT & Khalifa University and an MBA from the London Business School, and MSc in Petroleum Engineering and BSc in Electronics Engineering. Initiated and collaboratively developing the first AI Drilling ChatGPT Agent.
