Abdul Mujeer Shaikh is an energy professional with over 18 years of global experience across 11 countries, spanning E&P operators and service companies. He currently leads the Mature Assets Solutions – Unlock Bypassed Resources theme at Baker Hughes, applying deep engineering, project management, and commercial expertise to enhance the value of marginal and mature fields. His work includes boosting productivity, improving recovery, and repurposing mature assets for innovative applications such as gas storage. Abdul Mujeer holds an Executive MBA with distinction from ESCP Business School and a Petroleum Engineering degree from MIT Pune, complemented by executive education from INSEAD, MIT Sloan, and Columbia Business School.
