Subject Matter Expert - AI & Geosciences

Sachin has a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in applied Geophysics from Indian Institute of Technology, India. He has 14 years of experience in the energy industry and has primarily worked as a reservoir geophysicist for SLB these years. Over these years he has worked on and interpreted geoscientific data from multiple basins around the globe including India, Bangladesh, Bahrain, Yemen, UAE, Oman, South Sudan, and the North Sea. His AI journey began in 2020 where he started learning low-code /no-code AI and went on to become a certified instructor for one of the AI platforms. Currently, he is the subject matter expert for geosciences and AI in Scandinavia. He is currently engaged in addressing multiple E&P challenges through AI within and outside SLB.
