Kristina has more than 20 years’ experience within innovation, research, subsurface technology, drilling & well, exploration and change management (Hydro, Statoil and Equinor). She is passionate about unlocking the potential in people, increase performance and develop good business cases within sustainable energy markets. She believes that key to achieve great goals is to nurture the human energy, creativity and diversity. Currently she is heading up the Drilling & Well Competence Centre in Equinor. Kristina has a PhD within Petroleum Geophysics/Geology from UIB and has held several leadership positions across Equinor including Leader Reservoir Prediction, Manager Exploration Technology and Vice President within Exploration and Drilling & Well.
