Kjersti Dahle, who currently holds the position of Director of Technology, Analysis, and Coexistence, joined the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate in February 2021. She initially joined the NPD as Assistant Director in the same month. Prior to her role at NPD, she amassed over 20 years of experience at Equinor, where she served as Vice President in Exploration on the Norwegian and UK shelves for the last three years. During her tenure at Equinor, she held several management positions, heading multiple departments within exploration and specialized functions. Furthermore, Kjersti occupied various positions within subsurface and geology across the entire Equinor value chain.
