Subsurface Manager Digital Projects and Products

Eli Eikje is currently heading a subsurface organisation with a portfolio of initiatives within digital, analytics and data science. She holds a MSc in Petroleum Technology and has more than 30 years of experience as a reservoir engineer and Petech Manager. The introduction to the digital domain, and later data science, started by being responsible for the Johan Sverdrup Petech organisation which became a digital frontrunner in Equinor. Eli’s motivation is to use digital and data science to solve business challenges, and she is extremely happy working with integrated teams which have competences across subsurface, IT and data science
