As the Vice President (VP) of RESMAN’s production domain, Olaf oversees and directs RESMAN’s Production Tracer service delivery, focused on providing production well insight and flow profiling. Olaf brings twenty-five years of applied science and energy industry experience and has been with RESMAN since 2019. Previously, he was a Co-founder and VP of Technology with Restrack, focusing on reservoir tracing. He held several scientific positions and headed Reservoir technology research at the Institute for Energy Technology in Norway and at the French geoscience institute (Institute du Physique du Globe) in Paris. Olaf has published more than fifty scientific papers and lectured and supervised Master and PhD students in Physics. Olaf holds a doctorate (PhD) in Reservoir Physics from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science (MSc) in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the University of Bergen.
