Élodie Morgan is a Geophysicist, CTO, and Co-founder at SpotLight, where she leads pioneering projects in seismic monitoring for Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS). With a background spanning research activity, geophysics, signal processing and business leader, she brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to the challenges of Carbon storage monitoring.

She holds a Master’s in Geophysics from Polytech Sorbonne and an MBA from IAE Paris-Sorbonne Business School. Under her leadership, SpotLight has grown into an international company serving CCS projects worldwide, developing innovative approaches to ensure containment, conformance, and social acceptability of CO₂ storage.
