Dr. Coll is the Director of CCUS and Energy Storage at Miller and Lents, a leading US engineering consultancy specializing in reserves evaluation and certification for over 70 years. A petroleum engineer with more than 25 years of global experience, she has worked across multiple regions, including the UK, Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, North Africa, the Middle East, India, Australia, South America, Canada, and the US. She has deep expertise in Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) and Energy Storage, focusing on subsurface aspects such as storage screening, injection development planning, due diligence, resources estimation and classification, economic evaluation, and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Coll plays a key role in shaping international standards and policies, serving as Chair of the UNFC/UNRMS communication working group and a member of the UNECE expert group on Clean Electricity and Gas. She also contributes to CCUS and Hydrogen storage guidelines through the SPE CO2 Storage Work Group and the UNFC Injection Working Group. A recognized authority in probabilistic resources estimation, she has served on the SPE Oil and Gas Reserves Committee and authored the 2022 SPE PRMS Guidelines.
