Visa Information
Authors from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Poster Preparation Information
For the poster format, you will bring a traditional, printed poster:
- SPE will provide a 8 foot x 4 foot cork poster board for you.
- SPE will provide push pins so you can tack your poster to the board.
- Poster may not be larger than 8 foot x 4 foot, it must fit on assigned cork poster board.
- On Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference, we will have "Networking and Poster Luncheons". Lunch is served starting at 12:00pm. Then, from 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm, you are welcome to stand next to your poster board and present over your poster.
When you arrive at the venue, please report to Speaker Check-In to confirm your participation at your scheduled time. If you are an alternate associated with a session, we ask that you be prepared to fill in during a technical session should there be a no-show or late withdraw.
