Salma Sadeddin

Salma Sadeddin is the Country Manager for Artificial Lift at Halliburton in Kuwait, bringing 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She began her career as a field fracturing engineer on one of Kuwait’s key assets, supporting production growth, and later led onshore and offshore projects in Qatar with multiple NOCs and IOCs. Her experience spans operations, engineering, business development, and management. She played a key role in establishing Halliburton’s ESP business in Kuwait, overseeing over 1,500 installations and securing a long-term contract with an expanded scope.
