Rawdha Al Ghafri

Rawdha Al Ghafri is a dynamic young professional at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), driving strategic collaboration across the energy value chain. She brings over eight years of experience in reservoir engineering, with expertise spanning oil and gas exploration, field development planning, and waterflood reservoir management (WRFM) operations. Rawdha holds an MSc in Reservoir Evaluation and Management from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. She has hands-on experience in cross-functional project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and future-ready planning, serving as a Front-End Development Manager for small- to medium-scale projects, as well as contributing to the planning of multi-billion-dollar, five-year programme activities.
