Omar Mohammed Al Isaee

Omar AL Isaee is a Lead Pp at OQ Exploration & Production (OQEP) and EVP of the National Young Professionals (NYP) Committee under the Ministry of Energy and Minerals. He is a multidisciplinary energy professional with expertise in petrophysics, subsurface integration, strategic and business planning, and continuous improvement, Contract Holder. Omar has led the deployment of data‑driven, digital, and AI‑enabled workflows across integrated environments, with strong experience in agile planning, vendor governance, automation, and translating technical solutions into measurable business value. Omar is actively involved in applied research and knowledge sharing, with multiple technical papers authored and presented at international conferences, including SPE.
