Maria Teo

Maria Teo is the Senior General Manager of Human Resource for Upstream & Malaysia Petroleum Management at PETRONAS. She partners with business leaders to shape people, leadership and organisational strategies that drive sustainable performance and inclusive growth.  With extensive experience across HR, organisation development and corporate strategy, she brings an enterprise-wide perspective to building leadership pipelines and progressive people practices.  A Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Maria is active in PLWN(PETRONAS Leading Women Network), Co Chair of the PETRONITA Welfare Committee, and Co Champion of PETRONAS Neurodiversity Centre of Excellence. She also leads social impact initiatives including Foodbanks, flood relief and SEEd.Lab programmes.
