Lina Serpa is accountable for delivering technical and digital solutions to the bp wells delivery teams globally for well construction, interventions and integrity. She also leads the remote operations centres for wells. She is also accountable for the health of the operating Management systems in wells including the health of the wells barriers Lina has over 30+ years of experience in BP in a wide range of leadership roles across five different continents.
