Jim Brady serves as Chief Digital Officer for Baker Hughes’s Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) business, leading the company’s global digital strategy with more than 35 years of oil and gas experience. He spent 32 years at Schlumberger in engineering, digital operations, and leadership roles across hardware, software, and IT. Prior to Baker Hughes, he was CTO Energy at EPAM and CIO at Katerra. Jim holds degrees in electrical engineering and economics, along with a master’s in electrical engineering.
